The spanish investment on real estate in other countries, went from 3.107 millions of euros on 2009, which means a growing of the 31.9% over last yearm when it was of 2.354 millions according to Spanish Bank data.

Since 2003, the investments in other countries of the Public Administration and other resident sectors, not counting the Spanish Bank, have grown progressively, going from 385 millions of eruos in that year to 812 millions on 2006, 1.512 millions on 2007, 2.346 millions on 2008 and 3.107 millions of euros on 2009.

The spanish people spent 192 millions of euros for the acquisition of real estate in other countries only on december, which is 36.8% less than the 304 millions invested on the same month last year.

On the other side, the evolution of other countries investments on real estate in Spain have followed a reverse evolution. Thus, since the 7.072 millions of euros on 2005, fell to 6.650 millions on 2006, to 5.495 on 2007 and finally, 4.766 millions on 2008.

However, this trend was corrected on 2009, because, 5.662 millions of euros that came from other countries investors on houses, an 18.8% more more in respect of the 4.766 millions of euros invested in 2008.

Only in december 421 millions were registered as consequence of the direct investments of the people from other countries in Spain, a 23.7% less than in the same month last year.
